DIRECTOR
Nick started his family business, Page Mortgages, in 2018 after spending the previous 8 years working in home finance and insurance. He began writing mortgages and protection for a national corporate broker firm over the first 4 years, followed by 4 years working for an independent firm as a self-employed mortgage consultant. He has lived and worked in the Bournemouth area for all of his professional careers. After receiving his honours degree in business management Nick went on to work for a global securities lending firm in their asset management team. This naturally led to the mortgage industry as his next step. Nick is very much a family man - he is married to a wonderful woman, has 3 beautiful kids whom he adores and does everything for. Golf is a particular passion of his, as is going to the gym in between work, home and life in general. Aside from a love of complicated number-based scenarios and networking, he absolutely lives for the summer, hosting BBQ's, and has recently built a bar in the garden (supposedly for the kids but really for himself).
Main 2 goals in life at the moment? Every spare second spending quality time with the family or growing the business.
PHIL RODRIGUES
MORTGAGE CONSULTANT
Phil is the latest arrival to the Page Mortgages family. He comes with a huge amount of experience and knowledge in the financial services industry having worked for national financial corporations and smaller family run businesses across a variety of financial disciplines including not only mortgages but life insurance, pensions and investments also. In total, Phil has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years.
Phil has joined Nick and the team because he has a strong belief that a family business like Page Mortgages can truly offer its clients a level of service and communication that is difficult to find and is more client focused than you receive with a large corporate organisation. Phil believes his high level of service and personal approach fits snuggly with the overall Page Mortgages ethos.
Keeping with the theme, Phil is a family man. Long term partner to Sarah, his ‘better half’, and father to two sons and he lives for spending time with them. Although occasionally he will make time to pop down to his local pub to socialise with friends. Outside of work, family and friends, Phil’s primary interests are listening to his extensive collection of music or podcasts, enjoying films, reading fiction and when he gets time, creating artwork.
